1. Who this applies to

This Agency Policy applies to Agency owners and staff using Heyloo Agency Studio. By signing in or onboarding hosts, you agree to this policy, our Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy.

2. Role of an Agency

An Agency is a partner that recruits and manages hosts under an invite code. You are not an employee of Heyloo. Hosts you submit are independent participants on the platform, subject to Host Policy and Super Admin approval.

3. Eligibility (18+)

  • Agency owners and all recruited hosts must be at least 18 years old.
  • Recruiting or managing underage hosts is forbidden and grounds for immediate termination.

4. Host onboarding & approval

  • You may submit hosts with profile photo, gallery, rates, and details. Submissions stay pending until Super Admin approves.
  • Pending hosts cannot log in to Host Studio or take paid sessions.
  • Rejected applications must not be re-submitted with fake data to evade review.
  • Host share for new hosts follows the default host share set on your Agency by Super Admin — Agencies cannot override it via API to game payouts.

5. Commission & earnings

  • Your agency commission is set by Super Admin on your Agency record (visible in Agency Settings). It is a percentage of each linked host's share of coins charged on calls/chats.
  • Example intent: user pays 100 coins, host share 50% → pot 50; if agency commission is 10%, Agency gets 5 and host 45; remainder stays with the platform.
  • Earnings are in coins. Payout display uses platform INR rate (currently 1 coin ≈ ₹1 unless updated by Super Admin).
  • Withdrawals need bank/UPI and KYC where required. Minimum withdraw amounts apply.
  • Commission is not a fixed salary. Platform rates, shares, and rules may change. Virtual coins are not wages.
  • Any private payment arrangement between Agency and Host is your responsibility. Heyloo is not liable for disputes over side deals.

6. Agency duties

  • Recruit fairly — no spam, fake ads, or misleading income claims.
  • Train hosts on Host Policy, Online/Offline behavior, and call conduct.
  • Ensure hosts use real photos and keep profiles accurate.
  • Do not poach hosts from other Agencies with fraud or harassment.
  • Do not operate multiple Agency accounts to abuse bonuses or hide violations.
  • Keep KYC and bank details accurate for withdrawals.

7. Prohibited practices

  • Underage recruitment or sexual exploitation
  • Encouraging hosts to break Host Policy (porn involving illegal content, off-platform scam payments, etc.)
  • Fake hosts, bots, or fabricated call volume
  • Chargeback fraud, payment abuse, or money laundering
  • Sharing Agency credentials or selling accounts

8. Invite code

Your invite code is for hosts joining your Agency. It is not a login password. Protect it from public abuse; Super Admin may rotate or suspend codes if misused.

9. Enforcement

Heyloo may suspend Agencies or hosts, freeze withdrawals, adjust shares, or terminate partnership for policy or legal risk. Serious violations may forfeit unpaid commission. Appeals: [email protected].
