1. About Heyloo
Heyloo (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a digital platform. These Terms govern your use of the Heyloo website, apps, and related services (the “Platform”).
Heyloo provides a marketplace for private personal consulting and guidance sessions with independent hosts (consultants) on topics such as relationships, astrology, travel planning, career and life coaching, family matters, and similar personal-development subjects. Sessions may be delivered by video, audio, or chat as available.
Heyloo is not a dating service, matchmaking service, or anonymous stranger social network. Hosts are not employees of Heyloo unless expressly stated.
2. Eligibility (18+)
The Platform is for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use any feature. By registering you confirm you meet this requirement. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this rule.
3. Account registration
You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login secure, and not share your account. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may require identity or age verification for safety or compliance.
4. Nature of services (important)
Consulting on Heyloo is for informational and personal-guidance purposes only. It does not constitute medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, or licensed professional advice. Hosts are not a substitute for licensed therapists, doctors, lawyers, or certified financial advisers. If you are in crisis or need emergency help, contact local emergency services immediately.
5. Community & conduct
You agree not to:
- Harass, threaten, blackmail, or sexually exploit others;
- Share or request illegal content, including any sexual content involving minors;
- Use the Platform for prostitution, escort solicitation, or illegal transactions;
- Scam users, request money off-platform, or share bank/OTP/password details;
- Spam, scrape, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Platform;
- Misrepresent your identity, age, or credentials.
Violations may result in warning, suspension, permanent ban, and/or forfeiture of unused coins without refund.
6. Coins (digital credits) — what they are
Coins (also called chips) are prepaid digital credits for use only on Heyloo. Coins have no cash value outside the Platform, are not legal tender, and are generally non-transferable between users.
You purchase coin packages in Indian Rupees (INR) via our payment partners (for example Razorpay). Package prices and coin amounts are shown at purchase. Some packages may include promotional bonus coins; the effective value per coin can therefore vary by package.
7. Where coins are used
Coins are consumed for paid consulting interactions, including (as offered by a host):
- Video sessions — billed per minute at the host’s video rate;
- Audio sessions — billed per minute at the host’s audio rate;
- Chat sessions — billed as shown (for example per minute or per message rules displayed before you start).
Rates are displayed before you start a paid session. By starting, you authorize coin deduction for time used. Unused coins remain in your wallet until used, expired under a stated promotion, or your account is closed under these Terms.
8. Payments
Payments are processed by third-party payment gateways. Card/UPI details are handled by the gateway; Heyloo does not store full card numbers. Successful payment is required before coins are credited. See our Refund Policy for failed payments and disputes.
9. Hosts & agencies
Hosts provide consulting in their own capacity. Agencies may manage hosts under separate host/agency policies. Heyloo is not responsible for off-platform arrangements. Stay on Heyloo for safety and payment protection.
10. Content & license
You retain ownership of content you upload (for example profile photos). You grant Heyloo a non-exclusive license to host and display that content on the Platform to operate the service. You must have rights to any content you upload.
11. Safety & reporting
Follow our Safety Guidelines. Report abuse in-app or via [email protected]. We may review, remove content, or restrict accounts.
12. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Platform is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Heyloo is not liable for decisions you make based on consulting sessions, host statements, network quality issues, or third-party payment failures beyond amounts you paid for unused coins in the preceding 30 days (except where liability cannot be limited by law).
13. Termination
You may stop using Heyloo at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for Terms violations, fraud, or legal risk. Unused coins are generally non-refundable on termination for cause.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after posting changes means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes may be notified in-app or by email where appropriate.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
