1. Chip purchases
Coins/chips bought on Heyloo are digital goods. Once credited to your wallet, purchases are generally non-refundable.
2. Failed payments
If payment is deducted but coins are not credited within 24 hours, contact support with order ID for review and possible credit/refund.
3. Call quality issues
Occasional network issues may occur. We may offer goodwill coin credit at our discretion after investigation.
4. Abuse / chargebacks
Fraudulent chargebacks or abuse may lead to account suspension and forfeiture of remaining coins.
