Our commitment
Heyloo (a product of Vertivox LLP) is built for private personal consulting — relationship guidance, astrology, travel coaching, career and life support, and similar topics. These guidelines help keep sessions respectful and safe. You are responsible for your own judgment during every interaction.
1. What Heyloo is (and is not)
- Is: paid private consulting via video, audio, or chat with hosts who offer guidance in listed categories;
- Is not: a dating app, escort service, or anonymous stranger meetup platform;
- Is not: medical, legal, or licensed therapy. Seek emergency help offline if you are in crisis.
2. Stay on the Platform
- Prefer in-app video, audio, and chat for payments and records;
- Be cautious if someone pushes you to WhatsApp, Telegram, email, or other apps immediately — especially for money;
- Never share OTPs, passwords, banking PINs, or Aadhaar/PAN photos in chat.
3. Never send money off-platform
- Do not wire money, UPI “help”, gift cards, or crypto to anyone you meet on Heyloo;
- Legitimate consulting fees are paid only through Heyloo coins;
- Report anyone who asks for financial help or personal crisis money.
4. Protect personal details
- Do not share home/work address early;
- Be careful with full legal name, workplace, or children’s details;
- Use account security (strong password; sign out on shared devices).
5. Respectful behaviour
- No harassment, hate, threats, or non-consensual sexual content;
- No recording or sharing of sessions without clear consent and legal right;
- Hosts and users must remain professional and kind; end a session if you feel unsafe.
6. Trust your instincts
End the session and report if someone:
- Pressures you for photos, meetings, or secrecy;
- Claims official authority they cannot prove;
- Offers guaranteed outcomes (visa, marriage, lottery, medical cures);
- Behaves inconsistently or aggressively.
7. Reporting & support
Use in-app report tools where available, or email [email protected] with the username, time, and what happened. We review reports and may warn, suspend, or ban accounts.
