Heyloo collects account details (name, email/phone, profile photo, gallery), usage data (calls, chats, follows), and wallet/recharge records needed to run the service.

We use your data to provide video/audio calling, chat, discovery, follow notifications, customer support, fraud prevention, and product improvement.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share limited data with infrastructure providers (hosting, payments, LiveKit) strictly to operate Heyloo.
