1. Who this applies to

This Host Policy applies to anyone who uses Heyloo Host Studio as a host — whether onboarded by Super Admin or submitted by an Agency and later approved. By going Online or accepting calls/chats, you agree to this policy, our Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility (18+)

You must be at least 18 years old. Fake age, underage accounts, or recruiting minors is forbidden and may result in permanent ban and forfeiture of unpaid earnings.

3. Account & approval

  • Hosts created by an Agency stay inactive until Super Admin approves the profile.
  • You may not take paid calls or appear in Discover until your account is active and approved.
  • Keep your login private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
  • Profile photos and gallery must show a real person; no stolen, AI-only, or misleading identity photos.

4. Conduct on calls & chat

Hosts must behave professionally and legally. Strictly prohibited:

  • Any involvement of minors or sexual content involving minors
  • Illegal activity, drugs, weapons, or fraud
  • Harassment, threats, hate speech, or doxxing
  • Sharing personal contact (WhatsApp, phone, Instagram, etc.) to move payments or chats off-platform for scams
  • Impersonation, bots, or fake profiles
  • Recording callers without consent where illegal

Violations may lead to suspension, ban, and withholding of earnings pending review.

5. Availability & services

  • Use Online only when you can answer. Going Online while unavailable harms callers and may reduce distribution.
  • Offer only services you enable (video / audio / chat) at the rates shown on your profile.
  • Rates are in coins. Call billing uses fixed time blocks (currently 12-second cycles) at your coins/min rate.

6. Earnings & withdrawals

  • Your host share is set on your host profile (by Super Admin or Agency default at onboard). It may change for performance or policy reasons.
  • If you are under an Agency, the Agency's commission is taken from the host share pot as configured for that Agency — not as a fixed salary from Heyloo.
  • Earnings are shown in coins. Conversion for payout display uses the platform rate (currently 1 coin ≈ ₹1 unless Super Admin updates wallet config).
  • Withdrawals require bank/UPI details and KYC where required. Minimum withdraw amounts apply.
  • Coins and earnings are virtual rewards, not wages or guaranteed income. Rates and rules may change.
  • Fraud, chargebacks related to your conduct, or serious policy breaches may result in forfeiture.

7. Agencies

If you joined via an Agency invite code, you remain linked to that Agency for commission until detached by Super Admin rules. Private deals between you and your Agency (training, extra cuts) are between you and the Agency; Heyloo settles platform-side shares per product rules only.

8. Content license

You own your photos. You grant Heyloo a license to store and display them in the app for profiles, matching, and calls. Do not upload content you do not have rights to.

9. Enforcement

Heyloo may suspend or terminate hosts, remove media, reset availability, or withhold withdrawals for policy violations or legal risk. Appeals: [email protected].
